Pandora radio

Have I told you about Pandora radio? It is such a wonderful program that it has become one of those that I use almost everyday. It is a smart internet radio that is free. You input your preferences and it plays songs and tracks that match your preferences which you can constantly tweak.

Binaural Beats

I just discovered a fascinating and possibly very useful website that allows free access to a series of healing soundtracks. You can play them on the Mp3 player of your choice. Among the choices are: Coffee, energy drink, relaxation, meditation, etc.
After some brief experimentation with them, it sounds like they do work and can be helpful and effective. Please check 'em out and let me know what you think.
